A Cappellissimo
Grete Daling
Grete Daling holds a master degree in music and graduated with the voice as her main instrument from the Department of Music at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway. She also completed a three year course at the Complete Vocal Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is thus an authorized teacher of Complete Vocal Technique. In addition to conducting A Cappellissimo, Grete is a lecturer at the Nord University and is an active singer, vocal coach, and conductor. She is extremely dedicated as both a teacher and musician and is frequently engaged in new projects involving coaching or musical performances.

A Cappellissimo is a chamber choir of 25-30 singers based in Trondheim, Norway. The choir was established in 1996 and originated from student choirs at the university. The singers in A Cappellissimo greatly benefit from conductor Grete Daling’s vocal coaching skills and never-ending enthusiasm and energy. A Cappellissimo likes the challenge of working with different genres ranging from classical sacred music to ethnical music like Sami joik and folk songs of the Balkans. The choir mainly performs a cappella music but regularly collaborates with various musical ensembles and solo artists.

Bothell High School Choir
Sheryl Erickson
Sheryl Erickson has been teaching music for the past 37 years. She has taught at the elementary and secondary levels and is currently the Director of Choral Music at Bothell High School in the Northshore School District. Under her leadership the choirs have received superior ratings at festivals and contests in the Northwest. She is a frequent adjudicator of choir and solo festivals in the greater Seattle area. Mrs. Erickson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music and  a Master of Arts in Music Education from the University of Washington.

This group of auditioned singers represents Bothell High School at various events in the community as well as concerts and festivals throughout the school year. In addition to their commitment to the choral program, many of the students study voice and piano privately and are actively involved in drama, athletics and leadership at the high school. The auditioned choirs have received gold ratings in National Choirs Festivals in Washington D.C., San Francisco, New York and Southern California.

Chamber Singers of Southeast Iowa
Elaine Reding
Elaine Reding brings a lifetime of choral experience to her role as founder and music director of the Chamber Singers    of Southease Iowa. At Carnegie Hall she returns to her NYC musical roots, where her music education through the NYU University Honors Scholar music degree program was further enhanced by training with faculty at Mannes College and Juilliard. Elaine performed actively in NYC choruses and vocal ensembles, singing at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center with renowned conductors of the day. These sublime early experiences inspired a future in choral conducting, innovative choral programming, and ongoing studies in the field.    

The Chamber Singers of Southeast Iowa just celebrated their 25th anniversary Silver Jubilee in 2016. Since 1991, founder and music director Elaine Reding has expanded the group's repertoire to include choral music from across the ages, ranging from medieval and Renaissance masterworks to contemprary pieces and multicultural music.The Chamber Singers perform two full concerts annually and sing for many community and special events, delighting their large audiences with innovative programming. Since their founding they have performed over 500 choral works from 40 countires, bringing joy and inspiration to their Southeast Iowa community.                            

Church by the Sea Chancel Choir
Harold Dioquino
Mr. Dioquino, holds a degree in music from the University of Immaculate Conception, Davao City, Philippines with a major in piano. Along with his position as Director of Music at Church by the Sea, he is the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida and the music director of DINGGIN, a chorus of Filipino singers that perform throughout the country.

The Chancel Choir at Church by the Sea is a vital force in the mission of the church, providing healing, comfort and care to the congregants and visitors. The choir’s presence profoundly impacts the worship each Sunday, inspiring all and initiating peace and beauty for the coming week. The choir is noted for producing quality music with the members creating exquisite blending of instruments and voice. Many in the community attend the twice annual Worship thru Music program, expecting and receiving the blessings of Christ through music. The Chancel Choir welcomes all who long to experience the joy of singing.

Coro Filarmonico di Brescia
Massimo Mazza
Massimo Mazza graduated in piano and conducting  at the Conservatory of Milan and then studied composition and choral direction.  He worked for Arena di Verona as deputy conductor on productions of Aida, Macbeth and Bohème and went on tour to Germany. He also held a post as deputy conductor in Portugal, at the Teatro Nacional de S.Carlos of Lisbon. Maestro Massimo Mazza extended his repertorire to symphonic music and conducted concerts in Switzerland, France and South Corea. Since 1986 he directs the Civic Music School of Casatenovo. Massimo Mazza also holds the directorship and is chief conductor of Coro Filarmonico di Brescia.    

The Coro Filarmonico di Brescia was born in 1985 as internal choral school of “Teatro Grande”, the most important historic theatre of the city. In 1995 it took its current name and became a cultural association which organizes and gives performances. Nowadays the Coro Filarmonico gathers about 30 members. The annual activity revolves around the concert offered to Brescia citizens every May in memory of the victims of Piazza Loggia slaughter. In 1998 the Coro Filarmonico sang for Pope Giovanni Paolo II and in 2005 it was invited to perform in Vatican City. In its repertoire there are classical and contemporary authors.     

Eaton High School Troubadours

Christina Contreras is a Music Education Graduate of Western State College.  This is her 15th year as a high school choir teacher, 11 of them have been with Eaton High School. She's a blessed teacher that has been able to do some amazing things through music with her students! She loves what she does!

Eaton High School Troubadours are the elite show choir at E.H.S.  They perform all throughout our community, festivals, and competitions.  They perform a wide range of S.A.T.B. repertoire, along with challenging partner choreography. 

The Festival Singers of Atlanta
Dr. Keith H. Walker
Since 2014, Keith has served as Music Director of The Festival Singers of Atlanta.  He also serves as the Director of Music Ministries at Northside Drive Baptist Church in Atlanta.  He maintains an active teaching schedule.  Keith is the current Treasure of the Capitol City Opera Board of Directors.  Keith holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Missour-Columbia, and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Augusta University.  He served on the faculty of Darton State College where he taught applied voice and directed the college choir and vocal ensemble.

Maynooth & St Muredach's Schola

Maynooth & St Muredach's Schola is a group of singers from Ireland, with members from three ensembles specialising in sacred music: Schola Gregoriana Maynooth, St Muredach's Cathedral Choir and Galway Cathedral Choir. St Muredach's Cathedral choir is a mixed choir from Ballina, North West Ireland. The choir performed on Irish television and was guest choir in Westminster Cathedral, London and St Peter's Basilica, Rome.Schola Gregoriana Maynooth is an all-female group specializing in the performance of chant in both concert and liturgical settings. The group takes its repertoire from chants for the Mass and divine office, and also performs material from rare indigenous medieval Irish sources.        

The Opus Chorale of West Virginia
David F. Donathan
David Donathan has been the full-time Minister of Music for Christ Church United Methodist in Charleston, WV since 1992.  David also directs a 24-voice audition choral group, The Opus Chorale of West Virginia, who, in the spring of 2015, gave the American premiere of a new Requiem by Norwegian composer, Kim Andre Arnesen. David holds a bachelor’s degree in organ performance from the University of Akron in Akron, OH, and a masters degree in organ and conducting from Scarritt Graduate School in Nashville, TN. David is an active author, clinician and recitalist. Choirs under his direction have sung for the American Choral Directors Association at both the regional and state levels, as well as for conferences sponsored by the United Methodist Church. David and his wife, Karen, have two adult children, Kayla and Emily, and a dog named Melody.

The Opus Chorale was formed in 2003 by a group of local musicians who desired to come together and simply sing for the fun of it. Since then, the goal of the group has expanded to more of a performance-based group offering excellence in choral music. In January, 2009, David Donathan became the Artistic Director & Conductor and, after discussion, set the membership at 16 singers. Since then the group has actually expanded to include as many as 24 singers. Opus sings a wide variety of choral music with a focus on a cappella choral literature. The Opus Chorale meets on a 10-week rehearsal schedule prior to any concert.

Pascagoula High School Bravura and Amabile
Nancy Leigh Strum
A native of Clinton, Mississippi, Nancy Leigh Strum holds two degrees from Mississippi College (B.M.Ed. '08, M.M. Choral Conducting '11). After teaching elementary music for three years, Ms. Strum began her work with the Pascagoula High School Choral Department in August of 2014. Away from school, she serves as the South Site Coordinator for the MS ACDA Children's Choir Festival, and enjoys singing with the Singing River Chorale, as well as playing with her poodle Seymour.

Pascagoula High School's Bravura Mixed Choir and Amabile Women's Choir serve approximately 55 students of an 1100-person student body. Members of these groups also participate in ladies' sextets, men's quartets, mixed ensembles, and a pop a cappella ensemble. PHS Choirs are extremely visible in the community of Pascagoula, singing at numerous sporting and community events, as well as collegiate choral conferences and district/state adjudications.                
                
                

Avenue North
Stephanie Herrera
Stephanie Herrera is the middle school and high school choral director at Resurrection Christian School in Loveland, Colorado. Having recently moved to Northern Colorado from Nebraska where she worked as the choral director for Christ's Place Church, Stephanie is enjoying using her talents in an educational format once again. RCS is providing her with valuable experience, caring community, and the inspiration to push harder for excellence in the arts! She is truly blessed to be where she is. In addition to extending graditude to her mentors, administrators, and students, Stephanie would like to thank her husband Nicholas for all of his love and support.

Avenue North, which was started in 2013, is the auditioned choral ensemble at Resurrection Christian School in Loveland, Colorado. Avenue North is comprised of 16 students, (eight guys and eight ladies,) ranging in age from 14 to 18. Performing mostly acapella pieces, the group enjoys a wide variety of repertoire, including but not limited to pop mash-ups, sacred music, foreign language pieces, and many more. The group is looking forwarding to participating in upcoming honor choirs and compititions in the Colorado area.

New York Chamber Choirs
Alistair Hamilton
Alistair Hamilton is originally from Northern Ireland, having lived in England and Malaysia prior to relocating to New York City in 2012. Alistair founded NYCC in 2012, was formerly the Assistant Conductor of the Canticum Novum Singers and is currently completing his second Masters of Music (Choral Conducting) with California State University, Los Angeles. A passionate conductor, singer, educator and advocate for choral music, Alistair has led and conducted choirs of students and adults throughout Europe, Asia and the United States in a series of concerts, festivals, tours and events.

New York Chamber Choirs is a non-profit organization and charity dedicated to the promotion of chamber choir music through performance, education and outreach. Welcome to our website, and welcome to the NYCC community! NYCC, our adult chamber choir, currently comprises 20 voices from the tri-state area. NYCC Youth, our chamber choir for students aged 14-20, is comprised of 20 voices. We provide music education, choral training, individual voice lessons and performance opportunities free of charge. We achieve this through the support of kind individuals who recognize the importance of our mission

Rheinland Pfalz International Choir
Dr. Justin Lewis
Justin Lewis conducts the Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir and the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band, an ensemble that gave 400 performances in 23 countries last year as American goodwill ambassadors. Dr. Lewis has conducted the Virginia Choral Society, the Voices of Hampton Roads and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. He has recorded on the Centaur and Shadow Mountain Record labels and studied conducting with Igor Gruppman at the Rotterdam Conservatory and James Jordan at the Choral Institute at Oxford. He graduated from Temple University and Penn State and earned a doctorate in musical arts from The Catholic University of America.

Stephanie Benton is from Colorado, USA, directed the Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir from August 2013 until April 2016. She attended the University of Denver, earning a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting. Stephanie built up the choral program at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and served there as a faculty member. She also was a member of the piano faculty of Pikes Peak Community College. Stephanie directed the Aurora Singers community group, producing and directing four full shows per season with instrumentalists and choreography. She also arranges and composes music.

The Rheinland-Pfalz International Choir (RPIC) is based in Kaiserslautern, Germany. We are an international, mixed choir with a broad musical repertoire, ranging across a number of musical styles in both sacred and secular music. Originally founded in 1986 as the Ramstein Community Choir and renamed in 1988, our international choir has for a number of years united singers who share a passion for choir music and enjoy musical and cultural diversity. Currently, our choir members come from Denmark, England, Germany, Syria, and the USA.

Donald J Billings
Donald J. Billings received his professional training at the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver.  Earning his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance he studied with Dr. Ron Worstell.  Don continued his studies in conducting with Robert D Penn and Dr. Catherine Sailer.  Don has sung with the Ann Arbor Choral Union and the Evans Choir.  He has performed with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Philadelphia Philharmonic, and the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.  In 2011, Don was name Director of Liturgical Music at St Francis of Assisi in Castle Rock, Colorado.

The Evans Choir is a project based chamber choir made up of professional caliber singers in the Denver area.  Under the direction of founder-conductor Catherine Sailer, the ensemble is in demand for performances of repertoire from the Renaissance to the Avant-Garde. The Evans Choir has collaborated in productions with the New York Philharmonic, The Philadelphia Orchestra, Aspen Music Festival, Bravo! Vail Valley Festival, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Central City Opera, Asian Performing Arts of Colorado, Colorado Ballet, the Playground Ensemble, Quattro Mani , Star Wars in Concert National Tour, organist Joseph Galema, Josh Groban, and composer Morten Lauridsen.
St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church Choir comes from Castle Rock, Colorado.  The large parish located just south of Denver has over 70 musicians that provide music for 7 weekend Masses.  This is the second trip to Carnegie Hall to perform and later this year the choir will travel to Rome to perform at the Vatican.  

                
                
        

The Rockridge Chorale (Oakland California)
Devi Lazaro-Jameson
Devi Lazaro-Jameson spent thirty years as a church choral director. In 2003 she started her own chorale, in the Rockridge area of Oakland, California. A native of India and a long-time Californian, she has spent a life-time singing and conducting in numerous venues. With her MS in Science Education (and a minor in Music), Devi spent a long career developing and administering innovative programs in the public schools. Now retired, she devotes her time to developing the Rockridge Chorale, with the intention of increasing performance opportunities at home and abroad and sharing choral music with seniors and “shut-ins”.
 The Rockridge Chorale, founded by conductor Devi Lazaro-Jameson grew from a local group of interested singers to a strong and convivial chorus that performs regularly in the San Francisco Bay Area.  The chorale has raised funds for Darfur, Save the Children, National Alliance for Mental Illness, and a host of other charities. The group has also travelled to India and England, and has sung at several venues, including the famous Durham Cathedral.  The Chorale repertoire includes Brahms, Bach, Mendelsohn, Mozart and other classical works, along with popular genres of music.  Audience participation is a regular feature of their concerts.       

Flutopia Wind Ensemble
Dr. Jennifer Lapple
Dr. Jennifer Lapple is Adjunct Professor of Flute at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, where she is also the director of the George Mason University Flute Choir, former director of the George Mason University Symphonic Band and lecturer for several undergraduate courses in musicianship, performance and pedagogy. In addition to her responsibilities at GMU, Dr. Lapple maintains a large private studio in the Northern Virginia area, is director of Flutopia Wind Ensemble and the Judith Lapple Summer Woodwind Camp, a two-week intensive music festival with master classes, workshops, instrumental choirs, large ensembles and chamber music. Jennifer maintains an active performing career as a flutist in addition to her teaching responsibilities. Performance experience includes AgAu Flute Quartet, Fairfax, VA; The Ecole de Musique de Differdange Flute Choir, Differdange, Luxembourg; Rome Festival Orchestra, Rome, Italy; Echternach Festival Orchestra, Echternach, Luxembourg; American Pops Orchestra at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA; The Pan American Symphony, Washington, DC, and FUSE New Music Ensemble. Her solo appearances have included the Pan American Symphony Orchestra, Miami University Chamber Orchestra, and the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Lapple dedicates her work to the memory of her mother, Judith Lapple, her greatest inspiration.                         
                        
Flutopia Wind Ensemble is in it's 16th season, and continues to raise the bar, both musically and artistically with it's outstanding members, numerous performance opportunities in venues across Northern, VA, and through workshops that are distinctly unique to Flutopia, such as the "District Band Workshop" and "Flutopia Fest."  

Flutopia is comprised of high school wind, brass, and percussion players from the Northern, VA area.  Members of Flutopia are active in their high school bands, community youth orchestras, and area competitions.  Rehearsals are held on Sundays so that students can maintain their school and community obligations, as well as participate in the high level musical experience that is offered in Flutopia.  
Flutopia performs three concerts a year, including a "destination concert", which has included concerts at the Strathmore Music Center, MD (2012) and Carnegie Hall, NYC (2011, 2015, 2017).  Additionally, Flutopia members are offered supplementary experiences including workshops, chamber performances and sectionals and master classes with renowned artists and teachers. 
Cumulatively, the mission of Flutopia is to promote musical excellence and dedication amongst its members through a commitment to leadership, community service and outreach, individual musical achievement, and a lifelong love and passion for music.                        
                    

Savannah Country Day School Chorus
Michael R. Ray
Mr. Ray believes children need  strong adult support to achieve their full artistic potential. He understands every student has a unique learning style and encourages teachers to be flexible and adaptable. His mission is to inspire and motivate students toward lifelong pursuit of the arts.   Mr. Ray seeks to create an emotionally safe environment and expects students to work toward mastery of their individual art forms through committed study and practice. He hopes students will gain understanding, appreciation, and skill in the arts, both for performance and for life application. Mr. Ray has coached numerous state champion trios and quartets, directed over 30 musicals, and played in numerous rock bands.

The Savannah Country Day School Chorus is an advanced singing group that performs a wide variety of repertoire. The chorus is regularly featured during the Holiday Season on Savannah TV and is in high demand to perform around the city. A large number of the students regularly participate in All-State chorus, literary, and other choral competitions.

The Highland Park Community Chorus
Benjamin T. Berman
Benjamin T. Berman is the music director of First Reformed Church in New Brunswick and the director of the Highland Park Community Chorus. He received his MM and BM from Rutgers University. He is the conductor of two children’s choirs New Brunswick. Benjamin plays piano, harpsichord and organ. He sings in six languages (besides English), and has focused much of his research on Jewish music, Czech music, and early (Baroque) music. Benjamin is a member of NATS, NYSTA, and ACDA. He is on faculty at the Academy of Music and Dance in Spotswood as a voice and piano teacher.

The Highland Park Community Chorus (HPCC) is an adult secular SATB chorus comprised of singers of all ages and all walks of life. It has been in existence steadily since 1986.  HPCC sings all types of music with an emphasis on classical.  Informally, chorus members participate in community events and, more formally, the chorus performs twice a year in concert with professional musicians. Major works performed have included Brahms' German Requiem, Haydn’s Creation and Orff’s Carmina Burana.  HPCC is based in Highland Park, NJ.

Colorado Christian University Choir
Steven T. Taylor
As the Dean of the School of Music at CCU, baritone Steven Taylor is also known to audiences throughout the Rocky Mountain region both for his beautiful, expressive singing, and his dramatic interpretations. Steven Taylor's versatile singing career ranges from opera and oratorio, to musical theatre and gospel, appearing with major symphonies throughout the west, Central City Opera, Opera Theatre of the Rockies, Boulder's Dinner Theatre, and 16 seasons with Opera Colorado. As a member of the internationally acclaimed Gospel Quartet LEGACY, Steven has performed concert tours in Australia, Canada, Cuba and South Korea.

The University Choir at Colorado Christian University is a select large ensemble dedicated to the performance of vocal masterworks from all musical styles and periods. University Choir is an opportunity for students to grow in stewardship of God-given gifts and musical talents. Musical excellence and well-prepared performances are stressed. The University Choir tours and records annually and presents multiple concerts each year.                 

The VCU Commonwealth Singers
Erin Freeman
The VCU Commonwealth Singers is a select choir of singers chosen from throughout Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2008, the group performed in Beijing with the Beijing Film Philharmonic Orchestra in the Forbidden City Concert Hall, and in 2013, the ensemble toured to Montreal, Canada for a performance with the acclaimed professional chamber orchestra Ensemble Appassionata. They have been selected to perform at several American Choral Director’s Association division and state conferences, and they devote multiple performances a year to the University’s core value of service to the community. Commonwealth Singers has performed world premieres by Daron Hagen and Jonathan Kolm, among others, and was the featured ensemble for a sold-out performance of Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses. Most recently, the ensemble performed with the Richmond Symphony in a performance of Beethoven Symphony No. 9 for the opening ceremonies of the UCI World Championships – to an audience of 12,000.
