Clifton Thurmond
Clif Thurmond is in his 9th year as the Director of Bands at Lee's Summit West High School, and his 14th year as a band director in the Lee's Summit R7 School District. He also teaches beginning band at Summit Pointe Elementary and Cedar Creek Elementary. Clif's bands consistently receive superior ratings at the district and state level. He has degrees from the University of Colorado, Boulder (BME, 1998) and the University of Missouri, Kansas City (MAE, 2007). His professional affiliations include National Association for Music Education, Missouri Music Educators Association, Missouri Bandmasters Association, and Phi Beta Mu. Clif is married to his wife of 13 years, Angie, and they have two children, Emory (9) and Miles (7).

Scott Kuhlman
Scott Kuhlman is in his fourth year as the Director of Bands at Lee's Summit North High School and Bernard Campbell Middle School in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Scott's bands consistently receive superior ratings at the district and state level. Scott has degrees from Central Methodist University and the University of Central Missouri. His professional affiliations include National Association for Music Education, Missouri Music Educators Association, Missouri Bandmasters Association, and Phi Beta Mu. Scott is married to his wife of 17 years, Jeanne, and they have two sons, Christian (14) and Nathan (11).

Kirt Mosier
Kirt N. Mosier is presently the director of orchestras at Lee's Summit West High School and also teaches Digital Media Technology at Summit Technology Academy. Mr. Mosier is an active clinician and composer throughout the United States. His piece "Baltic Dance" won the 1993 National School Orchestra Association composition contest and his piece American Reel won the 2004 Merle J. Isaac national composition contest. In 2010, The Portland Ballet Company (Portland, Maine) commissioned Mr. Mosier to write The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is now an annual performance for the Portland Ballet Company.

Joseph Keeney
Joseph Keeney is the Director of Orchestras at Lee's Summit North High School and Bernard Campbell middle school and is in his 17th year of teaching. The Lees Summit North Orchestra has had the honor of performing at the Missouri Music Educators Association in 2009 and 2012. Joseph has served as an adjudicator for many district and state level music festivals. He has also served as a clinician and conductor for the Tennessee All State Middle School orchestra as well as several area workshops, summer orchestra's and orchestra festivals.

Joseph Keeney is an active member of the American String Teachers association and the Missouri Music Educators Association.

Amy Krinke
Lee's Summit West Director of Choral Activities, Amy Krinke is in her 14th year as a choral music educator. Throughout her career, Amy has taught K-12 vocal music in Missouri and New Mexico. Ensembles under Mrs. Krinke's direction have performed on the Missouri Music Educators Annual Association in 2008 and 2012. Amy has served the Missouri Music Educators and Missouri Choral Directors Association as KC-Metro Choral Vice President, All-District and All-State Choir Coordinator and MCDA as the KC-Metro District Representative.
